  1. Please go to (pcMobile/EPM Performance Canvas) installation server, go to Admin Console -> Data sources -> can you expand all the data sources and tick or un-tick any data sources, especially the data sources with problem canvases. 


  2. Go to IIS manager -> Application Pools -> XMLA Pool 64 -> Is it "Started" status? 


  3. Pls refer to "step 3" screenshot. Go to IIS manager -> Sites -> XMLA 64 -> in the right panel -> Is the status "Start" grey out?
