If something is not update just on one of the user's computer within pcFinancials/EFP, pls do as below:

  1. Close excel
  2. Go to this user's C:/Users/user name/AppData/Roaming folder
  3. Delete Callisto folder
  4. Re-login excel with the server URL, user name & pw, everything will be reloaded back to this user's computer. Check whether the missing part is back.
